Straight answers
What's included in the rent?+
Wifi is complimentary at every property. Gas, electricity and housekeeping are billed separately in most buildings — two of our properties include more in the rent, so ask us which applies to the one you're considering.
Is air conditioning included?+
No — AC runs on a separate meter at every property, so you only pay for what you actually use.
What's the notice period?+
One month, compulsory, at every property.
Do you have accommodation for women?+
Yes. Several of our 13 properties — including Siddhivinayak, Samta Nagar and Gokul Garden — are women-only.
